SUMMARY: Photo for today
I signed up for a 4-week online class "photographing your dog with an SLR camera." (It's not too late to join! I think tomorrow's probably the last day, though. Not really cheap but what the heck less than an agility trial and I'm not doing agility for a month and a half.) I thought I knew something about taking photos, but I'm having a heck of a time getting the effects that I want. Still, here's today's best attempt with both dogs, for your viewing pleasure.

Lovely...It's the light coming in from Tika's right side washing out the distinction between Boost's head and Tika's chest.
Right, plus all the white spots and glops behind Tika of the white flowers that it's hard to tell where dog parts end and flowers begin. Sigh. I positioned them in front of the flowers deliberately and thought that their dark parts would stand out nicely, but noooo... This is good practice for me at picking backgrounds.
