First Day at Nationals

SUMMARY: Hanging in there

I didn't have any competition today, so just unpacked and played with the dogs and watched some other people's runs and took a zillion photos. Knee was already starting to bother me just after walking tothe registration desk and making assorted trips to and from the car with gear. Then I was able to start using my borrowed bicycle--what a godsend! This saved my knee today. Hope I'll be able to use it as much the rest of the weekend. Tomorrow I have 3 runs, so 3 walkthroughs starting at some ungodly predawn hour. See you tmorrow night.
